You must RSVP by the date on the invite..if you miss the RSVP deadline, then unfortunately you will not be able to be in count for a chair at a table, food, dessert, etc. Life happens and things get missed, we both understand that but we also gave plenty of time for everyone to RSVP.
Of course! They should be added under each couples RSVPs when it has opened. If we have forgotten anyone’s kids, please let Amanda know and we can get it fixed!
Our ceremony is set to start at 2pm, so please be there BEFORE 1:45pm! We just want to make sure no one comes in late!
If your name under it has a plus one (at the time of RSVP), of course you may bring one! If I have missed someone that should have a plus one, please let us know and we can fix it!
Weather permitting, ceremony will be outdoors in front of The Ambiance by the fountain! If weather is bad, it will be moved indoors. Reception will be indoors in the Ambrose room at 6pm!
There will be bartending service who will be handling all alcoholic beverages. We will have complementary beer and soda provided at the bar. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any outside alcoholic beverages onto the premises!
Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue! It is also very handicap accessible.
