Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle making one trip to the venue from the Lansdowne Resort and the Holiday Inn Express, as well as three return trips from the venue. The schedule is as follows: 4:15PM - Shuttle arrives at Lansdowne 4:30PM - Shuttle departs from Lansdowne 4:41PM - Shuttle arrives at Holiday Inn Express 5:00PM - Shuttle departs from Holiday Inn Express 5:12PM - Shuttle arrives at Whites Ferry Manor 8:30PM - First return trip to hotels 9:30PM - Second return trip to hotels 11PM - Final return trip to hotels We also have created an Uber Voucher code for the ceremony: RBRYWAJMXAJ

When should I arrive at the ceremony venue?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:15pm as the ceremony will promptly begin at 5:30pm.

What's the dress code?

Answer

We request that guests dress in formal attire - Longer dresses for the ladies and suits (or Tuxes if you want to get fancy) for the guys! Since this is an outdoor wedding (indoor reception) - dress to be comfortable in November weather!

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There is parking at the venue, there is a short walk from the parking lot to the venue but we will have golf cart shuttles for guests with limited mobility. Both the ceremony and reception will be held at White's Ferry Manor.

Can I wear a costume to the welcome party?

Answer

We both will be - so costumes are highly encouraged!

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet-style with a variety of delicious options, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free dishes. All items will be clearly labeled with ingredients so everyone can easily find something they’ll enjoy. If you have a specific allergy or dietary need, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!
