Welcome Party

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

If you're in town a night early, join us for drinks and food at Vanish Brewery for a spooky scary Halloween welcome party. We'll serve light fare, snacks, beer, and wine. There is no dress code, but costumes are encouraged!

Ceremony

5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Our ceremony will be outdoors if weather permits, so a light jacket or shawl may be helpful to keep warm before we head into the reception venue. The ceremony space has paved walkways but seating is on grass, so choose footwear accordingly.

We will run shuttles to and from the Landsdowne Resort and Holiday Inn Express, Leesburg. See the Travel & Lodging section of the website for a complete shuttle schedule.

Sunday Brunch

9:00 am - 11:00 am

This is a casual brunch, wear whatever's comfortable!
