Yes, shuttles will be provided. They will be picking up and dropping off at our preferred hotel and our venue. If you choose not to use the shuttle service, you will be responsible for getting to and from your accommodations to our events.
Complimentary valet parking will be provided next door to the venue at The Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1001 E 3rd Street, Long Beach CA. The walk from the parking lot is less than 1 minute! Signage will be posted around the parking lot and in front of the venue to help guide you.
Cocktail attire. That means you can dress up if you want (suits, long gowns), or you can go for a more relaxed feel (cocktail dresses, blazers, no tie). The choice is yours!
You can click the link in the travel section that will take you directly to our reserved block of rooms. Once you click ‘Check Availability’ you can adjust the dates you’d like to book a room for. You can also call The Westin directly and ask to book a room under the Galier-Marks party. The discounted rate on rooms will be available until November 27, 2023.
If your invitation says “and guest,” then yes; if not, please only bring yourself.
