When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 21, 2023 so the happy couple can plan enough food for everyone!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered through our wedding website (Zola) and Amazon! You can find links to all registry items under the “Registry” tab. You can either have the gift mailed straight to the bride and groom or bring the gift with you to the reception!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the church by 11:45 AM so we can start the ceremony promptly at 12:00 PM.

Can I bring a date?

We ask that only the guests listed on your RSVP come celebrate the happy couple!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a designated parking lot at both the ceremony location as well as the reception location!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have a limited open bar! We do ask that you bring cash to tip our bartender if so inclined!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

Unfortunately no. We will be having an unplugged ceremony so we will ask that you put your phones away during this time. However, we encourage you to take lots of pictures during the reception by using our "disposable camera" app! (See next question) We also encourage you to post them to social media using our hashtag #GaitanConquersTheHill!

What is the photo app you want us to use?

Answer

For our reception, we would like to see everything from your point of view! The photo app we will be using is POV. It is a disposable camera app that does just that! Each table will have a sign with a QR code and instructions. No app download is required! Just scan the QR code with your phone, log-in using your Apple or Google ID, and start taking pictures! Each person can take up to 25 pictures but you won't be able to view them until the next day once the film is "developed" ! (get it?)
