Travel Note

Car Transporation

You will not need a car if you are travelling exclusively between the blocked hotels and wedding venue. This will be handled via shuttles (more information to come). However, if you are going to explore the Dallas-Fort Worth area, you will likely want a car. We would recommend securing a reservation ahead of time online or via phone. Additionally, both major airports have several rental options near the baggage claim, but these are first-come-first-serve for availability. See below for info on a Car Rental discount via Avis.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hotels to Ceremony

April 12, 2025 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

TO THE VENUE: The shuttle is planned to make only one (1) trip to the venue, so please be advised of the following information. It will begin at the Hilton Garden Inn Denton first, then travel to the Fairfield Inn and Suites Corinth, then arrive at the ceremony venue. We recommend being ready for departure (in the hotel lobby area) no later than 5pm if you plan to take the shuttle. The absolute latest the shuttle will stay at the Hilton Garden Inn is 5:15pm. TO THE HOTELS: During the reception, the shuttles will be on standby and ready to take guests back to either hotel at any time. Anyone remaining at the 11:30pm grand exit time will ride the shuttle then.
