Where is the ceremony?

The reception is at the same location as the ceremony!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our venue is very punctual. Please arrive at 5:30 PM to be seated in time. The ceremony will begin at 6:00 PM sharp! Beware, you may miss the experience if you arrive too late! If you are staying at one of the blocked hotels (see Travel), a shuttle will be on-site to take you to the venue.

While we adore your little ones, we kindly request that our wedding be adults-only. We hope you understand and respect our decision.

How do I know where to sit?

There will be wedding coordinators available throughout the evening to help you find your preferred seating!

Will there be a transfer to/from the reception?

Answer

We will have a shuttle service available between our hotel blocks and the venue! For transport to the venue, the shuttles are expected to depart the hotels around 5pm. For returning from the venue, the shuttles will be on standby to take you at any time. The grand exit is planned for 11:30pm, at which point any remaining guests using the shuttle will have to depart.

When will we eat?

Cocktail hour will begin at 6:30 PM immediately following the ceremony. There will be plenty of delicious food and beverage offerings throughout the duration of the night from that point onward!

What time should I go home?

Answer

The bar to the reception will be closed by 11:00 PM. The bride and groom will make their grand exit at 11:30 PM! It's best to leave around that time. We will have shuttle services available to take you to your hotel!

We have blocks reserved at Fairfield Inn & Suites Corinth South Denton Area and Hilton Garden Inn Denton. Please refer to the travel section for more details!

Can I take photos?

Answer

We ask that you keep your phones away during the ceremony from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM. After that, you will have ample opportunity to take as many pictures as you'd like!
