What time does the shuttle leave the hotel?

Answer

Our hotel shuttle leaves Fairfield Inn & Suites Plymouth White Mountains at 4:25pm. The shuttle will be leaving Owls Nest Resort at 10:30pm to return to the hotel. Hotel check in is officially at 4pm, however hotels usually will try to accommodate an earlier check-in for special events. Apologies for the tight turnaround!

Where is the Ceremony/ Reception?

Our ceremony and reception are both at " The Lakehouse" Venue on Owl's Nest Resorts' property. The address to Owl's Nest is 40 Clubhouse Lane, Thornton, NH 03285.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start time of the ceremony.

Can I Bring a Plus One/ Kids?

Answer

While we love all your little ones; this an adults only event! Our wedding venue has a strict guest limit. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will the Wedding be Outside?

Answer

Our Ceremony and Cocktail hour will be outside overlooking the water (weather permitting). The reception will be indoors.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue. We will be providing transportation to and from the wedding at The Fairfield Marriott Plymouth White Mountains Hotel. More details to follow.
