What's the dress code?
Answer
We ask that you wear semi formal attire. To ensure that our bridal party stands out, we kindly request that our guests avoid wearing black, emerald green, and gold. Instead we'd love for you to wear jewel or earth tones. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a memorable celebration. Thank you so much for being a part of our special day!

Are children allowed?
Answer
Yes! Please make sure to bring enough snacks and drinks for your littles before the cocktail hour and reception, as we will not have any available until then. We will not have toys available on site either, but you're free to bring some. We would love to be able to keep our ceremony as quiet as possible so that all guests can hear us, and if you are able to avoid toys that make loud noises we would be most appreciative!

What will happen in inclement weather?
Answer
As long as there is no severe weather, we will be married rain or shine! Please be prepared to add or remove layers as you see fit. We have plenty of room in our reception space to host the ceremony if needed.

What if I have dietary restrictions?
Answer
Please reach out to us with dietary restrictions, and we will try to make accommodations. There will be vegan and gluten free options included in our dinner.

Do you have spaces reserved at a hotel for guests to stay overnight?
Answer
No, we have not made reservations at any specific hotel. You can find hotels, motels, and airbnbs around DeForest, Sun Prairie, Portage, Columbus, and Lodi. Please make overnight arrangements in advance, as we are unable to accommodate guests in our home or at the venue.

Where should I park?
Answer
Since our venue is a relative's home, there is limited parking on site. Please carpool if you are able to, as that will make parking easier for all guests. There will be parking located on the west side of the property, just to the north of the driveway between the trees and pole shed.
