Sonesta White Plains Downtown

This is where our hotel block is located. We will also have a shuttle service between this hotel and the venue. Please use our personalized link below to book. You may also call 1-800-SONESTA and refer to the "Gaffney Grayson Wedding Rooms." The cut-off date for our block is Monday, September 21, 2026. IMPORTANT NOTE: The check-in time for the hotel is 4:00pm, which is when our ceremony begins. If you are checking in on Friday, October 23rd on the *day of the wedding,* requests for early arrival have a fee of $25.00 based on hotel availability. Early arrival is offered between 12:00PM until 4:00PM. To inquire about early arrival, please call the front desk at (914) 682-0050. If you are checking in on the day of the wedding, but there is no longer early check-in availability, you may come in to the hotel and store your luggage with the Front desk. It will be locked and secured, and you will have a ticket to claim it when you return to the hotel after the wedding. You may also park in the garage and leave your luggage in your vehicle until after the wedding.

The shuttle will run in shifts two hours prior and two hours after the wedding, from Sonesta White Plains Downtown to Whitby Castle. More details to come!

Metro North Train Stations

If you are traveling by public transport from NYC or Westchester directly to the wedding, the Rye Metro North station is a 10 minute Uber from Whitby Castle. If you are taking the train to the hotel, the White Plains stop is a 6 minute Uber from Sonesta White Plains.

This airport is a 20 minute drive from the hotel block at Sonesta White Plains.
