Ryan Gaddie

Groom

Emily Moats

Bride

Aiden Robison

Best Man

My name is Aiden Robison, I am an Assistant Golf Professional at Woodhaven Country Club. I have the prestigious honor of being Ryans Best Man (I’ve included it in my LinkedIn Profile.) Ryan and I have been great friends for what feels like forever (Man, were getting old.) Ryan and I met on the golf course through our high school golf team. We’ve spent countless hours together on and off the golf course. I am thankful to have a big brother figure like Ryan Gaddie in my life, he is one of the most special people I’ve ever gotten to spend time with. We’ve experienced several highs and lows together, I am so thankful to watch this great chapter of his life unfold. I wish Ryan and Emily nothing but the best and we are all so excited to celebrate this great day. Ryan, I’m very proud of you!

Ashley Hite

Matron of Honor

Hey! I am Ashley, Emily’s older sister! When you’re growing up people always tell you, “One day you’ll be best friends!” And you never believe them, because well that’s your annoying sibling in your eyes…Well, my annoying little sister has turned into my annoying best friend. I loved getting to watch my sister grow up, meet Ryan and then watch them grow together as a couple, I wish them nothing but a lifetime of happiness, I love both of you guys!

Cambron Hite

Groomsman

Hello, my name is Cambron. I am Ryan and Emily's brother-in-law. I had the pleasure of meeting Emily and Ryan a little over 5 years ago. It has been such an amazing experience to witness them advance through life together. From going through college and buying their first house to now getting married, I am very excited to witness the rest of what life has in store for them.

Brookelynne Montague

Bridesmaid

Hi! My name is Brookelynne and yes before you ask, my name is actually spelt this way. I currently live in Florida and work for what you may know as “The most magical place on earth” or if you don’t...Disney World. If you are wondering how I know this lovely couple, well I’ve actually been friends with Emily since the 3rd grade. She was the first person I met when I moved to the Mount and since then, we have been through every childhood milestone together. Honestly, we truly blossomed our friendship throughout high school shortly before Ryan came along! Watching them grow individually and as a couple amazes me and I’m so proud of them both for all they have accomplished! Our childhood memories are slowly fading making room for, I guess we can say, our adulthood memories but nevertheless these new memories and milestones couldn’t have been made if I never met this weird red head in the 3rd grade! Thank you Emily and Ryan for everything you have done for me yesterday, today, and forever! I love you both so much, let’s get this party started!!!

Josh Neutz

Groomsman

What up people!! My name is Josh, one of the groom’s “favorite” former co-workers and golf partner that holds the record for “Most Golf Balls Lost”. Both Ryan and I started our nursing careers at the Norton Children’s Hospital CICU in the summer of 2022 after we graduated college. When you work in a female dominated profession, you definitely want to find your “bros” and MAN am I happy I found a great one. We have shared many memories from then to now, some of those being at the bedside (never forget 432) and of course golf (when we almost “died”). I am so thankful for those memories, the ones we will continue to make, and being able to stand at your side as you say “I DO” to the love of your life! Love you guys and can’t wait to celebrate!

Claire Simoneaux

Bridesmaid

Hi my name is Claire, I work at Norton Brownsboro Hospital. I met Emily after I transferred to Bellarmine University. We were in pathophysiology together and I was trying to find someone to study with, as that class is very difficult. I met Emily and we quickly became friends and we studied together all the time. As well as helping me navigate a new school and figuring out nursing school. Over the years we have made so many great memories together and I can’t wait to make more! I’m so excited to see what the future holds for Emily and Ryan in this new chapter of life. I love you all both so much!

Nathan Bader

Groomsman

Hi everyone, my name is Nathan and I work for Norton Children’s Heart institute. They say you shouldn’t meet your hero’s… well Ryan first met me in the CICU back in 2021. Since then I have had the pleasure to work along side Ryan and more importantly play golf with him. Ryan quickly became one of my best friends and it is truly an honor to be one of his groomsmen. I am fortunate to have also worked along side Emily for several years. She was well known for her diligence and caring attitude for her patients and coworkers. I can’t wait to see what this next chapter of their lives has in store for them. Congrats to both Ryan and Emily! We are all looking forward to your special day.

Madelynn Hoskins

Bridesmaid

Hi! I'm Madelynn. I first met Emily and Ryan while working in the CICU at Norton Children’s Hospital, and I’m so happy our paths crossed there! I just will be graduating from Bellarmine for nursing in May, I’m hoping to go back to the CICU when I get my nursing license! One of my favorite memories was when Emily and I stopped in the middle of Preston Hwy to dig their current cat Chicken Nugget out of a bush, to this day Ryan still has the ring photo where he first saw us sneaking a cat inside! I truly can’t wait for your big day, and I’m so honored and excited to stand by your side as you start this beautiful new chapter together!

Trenton Faulkner

Groomsman

Hey everyone, I’m Trenton: one of the groomsman, a coworker of both Ryan and Emily, and without a doubt the best golfer in the bridal party. I got to know Ryan through work, although I’m pretty sure he didn’t like me at first… which is wild, because I happen to think I’m the coolest person I know. But after a men’s outing to the golf course which featured some wild swings, a lot of lost balls, and a few clubs that barely survived (all courtesy of me) we started to click. Since then, Ryan’s been like a mentor to me on the golf course, at work, and even in life. More than that, he’s become one of my great friends, and I’m truly honored to stand by his side the day he ties the knot.

Anna Whiteley

Bridesmaid

Hi my name’s Anna I’m an Oncology nurse from Louisville. There are categories to friends. Everyone has their childhood friends, high school friends, friends you meet in extracurricular activities, friends in college and friends at work. I fall under the college category. Emily and I met sophomore year of nursing school. As soon as I realized Emily got good grades I said to myself yep I need to be friends with that one. All jokes aside we clicked immediately and in all honesty I don’t think I would’ve survived nursing school without Emily. I’m so happy and honored to stand by her side as her and Ryan begin this new chapter of their life!

Mignon Solange

Bridesmaid

I have the honor of being the only one flying in from Europe! I live in The Hague (in the Netherlands), and when I’m not hopping on planes for special occasions, I’m studying to become a primary school teacher. Emily and I met back in 2018 during my exchange year at Bullitt East. I was a Dutch sophomore, new to everything and honestly too nervous to walk from second to third period on my own. But Em was right there to walk with me from day one. Before we knew it, I was teaching her random Dutch phrases, and she was trying to get me to speak with a Southern accent. Neither of us ever really nailed it, but we always had a lot of fun trying. “Waar is het eten?” was Emily’s very first Dutch sentence. Before she wanted to know anything else, she needed to learn how to ask for food. We bonded over our shared love of Chick-fil-A and instantly knew we were meant to be besties. We packed in so many great memories, that year at BEHS. From prom with her and Ryan, to singing together in choir, to baking her family Dutch Poffertjes (mini pancakes). She became one of the most important people during my exchange and one of the few I’ve kept close ever since. She’s one of the very few people I’d cross the Atlantic for in a heartbeat and I couldn’t be more happy for my dear long distance best friend. I’m so proud to stand by her side, and I can’t wait to celebrate! Here’s to their next adventure which hopefully includes a trip to the Netherlands!!!

For all the days along the way
