FAQs

Please refer to this for any questions we expect to have from you, and our best answers.
Question

When will I need to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than March 31, 2022, so that Gaby and Parker can provide the wedding venue with a final guest count. If you RSVP but then do not attend without notifying them, Gaby and Parker will still be charged the same amount of money as if you did attend, so please let them know if your plans change. Also, please contact them immediately if you are reading this after March 31, 2022 and have not yet RSVP'd.

Question

What should I do if I RSVP'd but now cannot attend?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it, please contact Gaby and Parker ASAP. The very last day for them to give their final guest count is March 31, 2022, so please let Gaby and Parker know before then. If you RSVP and then do not attend, Gaby and Parker will still be charged the same amount as if you did attend, so please let them know if your plans change!

Question

Is there an age limit for the wedding?

Answer

As the wedding will have an open bar, children aged 3-21 will not be allowed in attendance. We apologize for this. Although we love your kids, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time to leave them at your rooms or with a babysitter if appropriate. This would be a great date night away from the kids for you and your significant other!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget and therefore will only be able to allow in any persons listed on your invitation. Also, due to COVID, we have had to limit the number of guests to be invited. For these reasons, plus ones will not be allowed entrance unless authorized ahead of time by Gaby and Parker. The invites are only extended to those listed on them.

Question

Will there be space for parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

The wedding venue is located at a golf course within a gated community. There is a guard at the front gate, so please notify them you are there for the wedding at Stallion Mountain Golf Course by Wedgewood Weddings. Please bring your invite just in case. Overnight parking is not offered at the venue, but there is plenty of parking while you are there.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

This will be something the guests will need to arrange, and please be careful and responsible leaving the event if you plan on drinking. There will be an open bar, completely free to our guests (but please tip the bartenders), so please be sure you have a ride through Uber, Lyft, or another guest if you plan on using the open bar.

Question

Can I take any pictures during the Ceremony/Reception?

Answer

At the ceremony, we will have photography and videography being conducted, and request that no pictures or other video be taken so a great view and video can be captured by the videographer and photographer. However, please feel free to take as many pictures or videos as you would like during cocktail hour and the reception.

Question

Where are you registered for gifts?

Answer

Fortunately, Gaby and Parker have their new marital home fully furnished and stocked with all necessary appliances. As such, they will not set up a registry. If you would like to gift them something, they would greatly appreciate a contribution to their honeymoon fund. They also understand that the travel and hotels (and gambling) can be expensive with Las Vegas weddings, so gifts are by no means an expectation.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors for 30 minutes and likely in 85-95 degree weather. Please dress accordingly if possible, and note that the remainder of the event (cocktail hour and reception) will be held indoors under air conditioning. It may get cooler outside at night, after the event.

Question

What type of food will there be and do I need to select a plate ahead of time?

Answer

No plate needs to be selected in advance. Gaby and Parker will be selecting the food from a menu provided by Wedgewood Weddings, which will then be served buffet style. There will be appetizers during the cocktail hour as well, which wait staff will serve.

Question

What type of beverages will be served?

Answer

A wide range of beverages will be served at the open bar for the entire event at no additional cost to the guests. However, please be sure to tip the bartenders as they mostly work off tips. There will be a large selection at the bar of sodas, waters, wines, beers, premium liquors and mixed cocktails (no shots allowed but you can order on the rocks). Please drink responsibly, the cameras will be running!
