Piazzale Michelangelo is just across the Arno River and a short hike. The view is WORTH it! Take a bottle of wine or purchase one when you get there and watch the sunset over Florence!

Florence was the center of the Renaissance and the Uffizi Gallery is a collection of the finest examples of Pre-Renaissance, High-Renaissance, and Baroque Work. Here you will find work by artists including Rafael, Botticelli, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, and Caravaggio. BUY YOUR TICKETS IN ADVANCE! The Uffizi is a very popular museum so you will more than likely need to make a reservation in advance.

This spot is outside of the Florence city in the Chianti/country side. If you are a MEAT lover and want an insane experience, we HIGHLY recommend this place! (They have a vegetarian option too) It is a fixed menu, there are limited spots, and timing is strict. You can go 12:30pm for lunch or 7:30pm for dinner. You are served an appetizer/drink, multiple rounds of different parts of meat, side dishes, a bottle of wine, and coffee/dessert! Booking is mandatory.
