Red River Market
The Red River Market is one of our favorite Saturday activities! There are a ton of local vendors selling food, crafts, and other home goods, as well as live music and demonstrations. We highly suggest checking it out before the wedding! The Market runs from 10 am until 2 pm every Saturday!
Plains Art Museum
This one holds a special place in our hearts as it's where we're holding our reception. We would definitely encourage you to check it out during normal operating hours! The Plains Art hosts touring exhibits, as well as youth and local exhibits.
Hjemkomst Center
This is a really fun and interesting visit filled with history and culture. They have a Viking ship in the building and a stave church on the grounds. They also hosts multiple events throughout the summer so check them out!
Island Park Gazebo
Island Park is a lovely location, and the ceremony will be held at the gazebo. If you have some time to kill before or after the wedding, take a stroll along its walking paths.
The Toasted Frog
The Toasted Frog is one of our go-to places to grab a bite to eat and a drink when we're downtown. The Bismarck location is where we had our first date, and the Fargo location is where we celebrated our first anaversary!
Minnehaha Falls
This is where Mike proposed, it has beautiful scenery and great walking paths.
