Do you need a visa to travel to Norway?

For those traveling from the United States, a visa is not required to enter Norway. However, a valid passport is required, and it must be valid for at least three months beyond your planned departure date from Norway. We recommend checking your passport’s expiration date well in advance of travel and renewing it if necessary.

How do I get from the Bergen Airport to the Hotel?

We will be providing some form of transportation option from the airport in Bergen to Ullensvang hotel on Thursday, June 18th for those who need transportation (time TBD). The hotel is approximately a three hour drive from the airport. If you are tentatively planning to use our transportation, please let Jørgen or Gaby know ASAP. Guests can also rent a car or take the train. The train offers beautiful views for Norway, but will likely take longer than driving.
