What are the entrée options?

Answer

There are 3 options to choose from: 1. Beef Bourguignon Tender, slow-roasted beef, mashed potatoes, and roasted carrots with shallots and bacon, all served on a bed of rich scratch-made gravy. GF 2. Stuffed Chicken Breast Fresh chicken breast stuffed with ____TBD____ all wrapped with bacon. Served with fluffy mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans. GF 3. Vegetarian Stack Creamy cheese grits with roasted portobello mushrooms, grilled eggplant, tomatoes, and peppers finished with a balsamic glaze. (OR some variation of this dish)
