FAQs

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best formal attire as we celebrate together.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of children in the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Where can I park?

Answer

There is ample free parking available at the venue, so you're welcome to drive yourself if you prefer not to walk from the hotel. Parking will be clearly marked and attendants will be on-site to help guide you if needed.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Late May in Louisville can be a bit unpredictable - it might be warm and sunny, or a little chilly depending on the day, and there's always a chance of spring rain. The ceremony is planned outdoors, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap and possibly an umbrella just in case. Don't worry - we won't get married in the rain! We do have a rain plan in place to keep everyone dry and comfortable if the weather doesn't cooperate.

Question

Which airport do I fly into?

Answer

You will fly into Louisville Muhammad Ali Airport (SDF) - it's the closest and most convenient airport. Transportation from the airport to the hotel is not provided, so we recommend using a rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft), renting a car, or arranging transportation in advance.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that you be present in the moment during the ceremony as we have hired a photographer. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout the cocktail hour and reception.

Question

What time should I arrive at your ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the ceremony will open at 4:00 pm, 30 minutes ahead of our ceremony time of 4:30pm. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 20 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat, get settled, and fully enjoy the moment.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Right here on our wedding website. Simply click the section labeled "RSVP."

Question

What is the deadline for RSVPs?

Answer

Deadline to RSVP is Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Please note if you do not RSVP by this date there will not be accommodations for you as we have to confirm food, beverage, and sitting options with the venue. Your understanding is very much appreciated.

Question

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with you - having you there means the world to us! If you'd like to send a gift, we've put together a registry on our website for your convenience. If you'd prefer to bring a gift to the celebration, we will also have a card box at the reception. Thank you so much for your love and support!

Question

Can I post photos on social media?

Answer

Of course! We'd love for you to share your photos and memories from our special day. Please feel free to tag us so we can see all the fun!
