IAH- George Bush International Airport vs HOU- Hobby airport

This is the main airport in the Houston area, however, it's about 1.5hr drive to the island. This may be your only option for traveling, and that's okay! An uber from this airport is about 60-100 dollars. Hobby airport is closer to the island, about a 45min drive. It is a smaller airport and the recommended for one if possible to fly into. It would be cheaper to uber from this airport. We would recommend either renting a car or letting Brian/Gabrielle know you may need a ride from either airport and they will help you figure it out.

This is a cute boutique hotel overlooking the Gulf! It has great views, good food, a pool, and is close to the venue.

The Tremont House, Galveston, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Super cute hotel just off the Strand in Downtown Historic Galveston. It's a walkable distance to venue from this hotel. The Tremont also has a special rooftop bar with amazing nightly views overlooking the island.

Grand Galvez Resort, Autograph Collection

Another hotel overlooking the Gulf, right across the street from the beach. It's a bit further from the venue but not more than a 5 minute drive. It's also haunted!

The San Luis Resort, Spa and Conference Center

A larger resort style hotel, equipped with pools, spa, and some quite nice restaurants (The Grotto is our favorite there). On the more expensive end of hotels, however it is located directly across from the beach and has many amenities.
