Groomsman
Burt is among very few people in my military career that I consider a brother. He was the only person stationed at my unit in Hawai'i that I had met before actually arriving on island. We met briefly in Arizona and the unbreakable friendship just grew from there. Through highs and lows of life we somehow managed to keep the Outback Steakhouse "tradition" alive while also remaining roommates, even 39 floors up.
Groomsman
Carlin is the other part of that few people that I consider a brother after Hawaii. He arrived in Hawaii a little after me, and we started hanging out shortly after that. We then decided that we were going to hang out so much that we should just all get rooms on the 39th floor. From sitting in silenced anger on our way to the arms room, to randomly climbing trees, Carlin always had his door open, figuratively and literally. Jeff!
Best Man
There is nobody else that I would want to be my best man. Whether we were building a fort in the woods, creating a battlefield with legos, or attempting the all-night gaming sessions, we've been by each other's side, regardless of the age difference. Though I missed most of his coming into his own in high school being in the military, I have been the proudest big brother watching who Luke is becoming.
Bridesmaid
Freshman year at Georgia Tech was a doozy, but Meghan was the best illegal third roommate I could have ever asked for. I will always be grateful for soggy Woodies Cocoa Puffs and extra strength Jesus music from FBA for bringing us together and pushing us through all the ups and downs that residence life at the Institute sent our way. Webkinz forever!
Bridesman
Luke and I met freshman year, but we didn't hit it off until January 2018 when he joined me as an RA in one of the freshman programs at Georgia Tech. After being the chaotic big (but younger) siblings to dozens of residents, we developed a strong friendship, resulting now in couples friendships that bridge the long distance and look forward to more adventures in the future.

I think Nikki and I can both agree that Eastern Washington is one of the best places on earth. From daily Walmart trips for clearance bread to roadtripping across the state for the Fourth, that Rodeo did better than any of us thought she would. I love the balance between true crime, knitting, and life's deepest questions that we strike in every conversation :)
Bridesmaid
Morgan was one of the very first people I met on the first floor of Fitten Hall freshman year, and we've been friends through the crazy ever since. She and Luke came to visit me in Hawaii to get engaged, and she was the first person whom I tried to call after Seth proposed two months later! She's a better pen pal than texter but always a best friend :)
Bridesmaid
The best freshman roommate a girl could ask for. From you calling me the Loch Ness Monster the day we met (I'm taller than I look in Facebook profile pictures I guess) to making Fitten 110 the little sanctuary of our friend group during the rollercoaster that is Georgia Tech and being the best mom friend dream team you've ever seen, Rachael was one of the people who anchored me during undergrad.
Groomsman
Zach and I are cousins, but we were basically brothers because of everything our moms did together. We eventually hit the mean streets of Rhodes Grove and crushed any game they came up with. It was there that we grew our friendship each year and just checked in on one another. Just a little bit ago we both said that we used to look forward to camp each year because the other one was going. We may not have Rhodes Grove anymore but there are still those family potlucks.
Maid of Honor
Friends since '04, besties since '16. There was a time that a five and a half year age difference felt nearly insurmountable, but now she's the first person I call any time that I have news. I still picture the little girl in pigtails playing with her barbies sometimes, but anyone opposite from her on the court sees her for the force of nature she is. She's going to be way cooler than me y'all, just watch. Я тебя люблю.
Bridesmaid
Fourth grade feels forever ago. Rachel and I grew up together through homeschooling, youth group, sheetrocking trips, and now biannual Starbucks runs when we both visit home. There's no one I would rather trade off packing the hair dryer with or get up early with to get the bathroom to ourselves before a long day of hanging rock :)
Groomsman
Brian and I are the best tubas to walk through CASHS, present tense. Band is how we met but late night drives, shenanigans at Devil's Den, and sorta dangerous rock climbing is why I wanted him to be a groomsman. We have seen each other grow into the people we are now, and I can't wait to see what the future holds.
Groomsman
Out of all of my friends from Pennsylvania, Carlos is the person that I've known the longest. There's a story about how we became best friends that involves a 3rd grade soccer game and the school nurse but I'll leave that story for later. I am beyond thankful to my parents for choosing a different house because if they didn't we wouldn't have become best friends
Groomsman
Izrael and I met in middle school, and he's the only reason why I enjoyed Mrs. Kuhns class. The next time we saw each other Izrael was standing in the endzone, and I walked up to him and started singing the weeds song. From there we became best friends and haven't looked back.
