FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We want everyone to feel comfortable—after all, this is a vacation for all of us! Throughout the trip, wear whatever makes you feel relaxed and ready to enjoy the sun (shorts are highly recommended—it will be hot!). For the ceremony, we ask that guests wear semi-formal attire. We encourage neutral colors such as beige, cream, tan, and other light, earthy tones. Linen and khaki are perfect choices and fit beautifully with our beachside setting. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel comfortable while celebrating with us!

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the only gift we need! We do not have a traditional registry!

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we've selected the all-inclusive package, which features unlimited food and beverages throughout your stay. We hope you'll relax and celebrate with us!

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Rest easy—we've taken care of the arrangements for you.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Should I bring cash?

Answer

Yes, we recommend bringing some cash for tips, souvenirs, and any off-resort purchases. Resorts in Mexico have a strong tipping culture, and cash tips are always appreciated by resort staff and service providers. We highly recommend bringing plenty of $1 bills, as they are perfect for tipping bartenders, servers, housekeeping staff, and other resort employees throughout your stay. Having a stack of small bills on hand makes tipping easy and convenient, and even a single dollar per drink can go a long way! U.S. dollars are widely accepted throughout the resorts in Cabo San Lucas, so there is no need to exchange your money for Mexican pesos unless you plan to venture off the resort and prefer to use local currency.
