We recommend arriving at the airport in the early afternoon, as the resort is approximately a one-hour drive away. If you arrive at the hotel before the official check-in time, the staff will be happy to store your luggage and, if possible, accommodate an early check-in. In the meantime, you can relax and start your vacation by enjoying one of the resort's restaurants, bars, or nearby amenities while your room is being prepared.

Guests will gather at a selected restaurant within the resort for a group dining experience to kick off the celebrations. The final restaurant location will be announced day-of. Dining options: Siempre – Mediterranean and international cuisine in an elegant setting. Peninsula – Baja California coastal cuisine served in a casually sophisticated beachfront atmosphere. Pescados – Fresh sushi and seafood specialties. Aire Snack Bar – Casual fare and regional favorites.
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Our ceremony will take place on the beautiful sands of Cabo at sunset. We invite our guests to dress in semi-formal attire that is comfortable for a beach setting. Neutral colors are encouraged—think beige, cream, tan, linen, soft earth tones, and other light, airy hues that complement the natural beauty of the setting. Ladies may wish to consider block heels, wedges, or sandals suitable for walking on sand.
6:30 pm
Following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy a private cocktail hour in an exclusive setting away from other hotel guests. An open bar and a selection of light hors d’oeuvres will be served while we take family photos and sneak away for a few portraits of our own. Relax, mingle, and enjoy!
7:30 pm
Join us for a semi-private dinner celebration featuring a taco buffet, wedding cake, and an evening of great food, laughter, and memories with family.
9:30 pm
Once dinner concludes, we'll take the party to hotel bars or into town for a fun night!

This day is all about relaxing, unwinding, and enjoying everything Cabo has to offer. Whether you choose to explore the local area, spend the day at the resort, lounge by the pool, stroll along the beach, or treat yourself to a spa day, the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace. We plan to coordinate with guests throughout the day and spend time together at the pool bar and on the beach, so feel free to join us whenever you'd like. We look forward to soaking up the sun, sharing drinks, and making memories
