We kindly ask that all guests arrive 15-30 minutes (around 3:30pm) before the ceremony begins to ensure everyone is comfortably seated and settled before the celebration starts.

Unless stated otherwise on your invitation, we are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding.
Transportation will be provided via a shuttle bus from The Dewberry Hotel in Charleston at 2:15 PM and departing from the venue at 10:30 PM. For safety considerations, guests who choose to consume alcohol are strongly encouraged to utilize the provided transportation from Downtown Charleston or a rideshare service. The shuttle bus will be located in or near the roundabout at the rear entrance of the Dewberry Hotel. Paid parking for personal vehicles is available behind the hotel. The Dewberry is easily accessible from King Street and centrally located, making it convenient no matter where guests choose to stay in Charleston.
Yes, smoking of any kind is STRICTLY prohibited on the property unless performed in the designated smoking zone. The fireplaces and grounds are searched vigilantly, and if ANY evidence of smoking (including buds) is found outside of the designated smoking zone, a fee will be issued and MUST be covered by the responsible party.
We invite you to be fully present during our wedding and have chosen to have an "unplugged" ceremony. We are requesting no photos or videos from guests . We kindly ask you to put your cellphones away and on silent during the ceremony. We have a very talented photography and videography team and promise to share all of our professional photos and videos with you if requested!
Yes, there will be plenty of FREE parking available on the property. Upon entering the property through the main entrance, you will be welcomed by a stunning avenue of oaks leading to the chapel where the ceremony will take place. When you arrive at the mote, please follow the parking area signs and turn left to access the lit-up parking area.
