Wedding Party

We didn't want to have a traditional wedding party, so our loved ones could fully enjoy the day without any responsibilities. Here's a list of people who, unfortunately, were roped in any way.

Saoirse Bradley

Maid of Honor

When Gabi first moved to Austin, she sublet an apartment and became roommates with Saoirse. Little did she know that Hazelnut would declare Saoirse her new favorite human. Gabi would come home to find Hazel lying on Saorise's bed and begging for Saorise's cuddles. Gabi quickly came to admire Saoirse's warmth, humor, and her ability to go out for a girls' night and then immediately go to her two jobs the following morning. Since then, they've made many memories -- many of them with their mutual bestie, Hazel.

Grace Wilbanks

Maid of Honor

Gabi met Grace in their last semester of undergrad, during the weird funk of COVID-19 and virtual classes. One day, Gabi went to pick up Hazel from daycare, and Grace walked out with her. They recognized each other from mutual friends, so Grace asked to schedule a doggie playdate with her puppy. Ever since that first doggie date at the dog park, they have continued to talk each other's ear off about the craziness of life. While they have never lived in the same city again, they try to visit each other once a year.

Ryan Church

Best Man

Ross's longest friendship, Ryan and Ross met playing recreational soccer when they were eight and quickly...didn't talk to each other again for another 3 years until they entered middle school. In high school, they bonded over having nothing to do in the small town of Elgin except drive around aimlessly, listening to music and chatting. Ryan is truly a trooper for continuing to hangout with Ross after he routinely got them lost for refusing to look at directions. Ross can always lean on Ryan to be there for him -- hence why he was his emergency contact before Gabi came into the picture and is routinely Ross's emergency physical therapist, fielding question after question of "why does this hurt?". With a shared love for Tom Collins, Guinness, baseball, and never discussing gift giving, leading to both of them receiving Christmas gifts on alternating years, Ryan and Ross are still lifelong friends.

Spencer Kerr

Best Man

Spencer is Ross's best friend from college. They just so happened to live in the same dorm, and be in the same Journalism 101 class freshman year, so one random walk back to Capstone together has led to more than 10 years of friendship. As a graphic design major, Spencer spent many a night with Ross brainstorming communications campaigns on the couch, aided by whatever drinks could be found in the fridge of two college kids. They even volunteered together during college, doing a full rebrand for local nonprofits (Ross rigged the system so they would be on the same team together). Today, they are required to see each other at least once a year, whether that be visiting each other in Seattle or Chicago respectively, or hiking around a National Park. Spencer is an avid Columbus Blue Jackets and Tampa Bay Rays fan, and as such, enjoys losing money with Ross on sports betting throughout the year.

Nana & Grandmanet

Flower Girls

Nana and Grandma were the first family members to get to know Ross. They came to visit Gabi, and Gabi said her "friend" would be joining. That night, we bar-hopped down East 6th, and they immediately fell in love. To this day, they compliment Ross more than they compliment Gabi!

Logan Turner

Ring Bearer

Logan is our perfect baby nephew. He's learning how to walk just so he can be our ring bearer -- how sweet of him!

Hazelnut & Izzy

Mixologists

Our girls have crafted our favorite cocktails for your enjoyment. We even heard them planning to design some merch for the reception...
