Here is a list of hotels & flights that we recommend staying in or taking! We recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible, Yosemite tends to fill up very quickly due to its popularity in the summer months. However, the best time to buy flights is not until about 3 or 4 months out. One thing worth mentioning is that the regulations in Yosemite National Park make it very difficult to have music and seating there in-order to maintain the environment, so facilitating an event like a wedding in the Valley comes with a lot of obstacles. That being said, June Lake is where we felt our event would be best held & celebrated! Below listed are hotels recommended for staying in June Lake/Mammoth Lakes, but if you would like to go out earlier and do your own exploring, it's not a bad idea to search hotels/airbnbs closer to inside of the park, and stay at the recommendations below the days surrounding the wedding!

Mammoth Mountain Resort Lodging

If you click on the link below, it will take you to a site that has our discounted room rates for 3 different hotels on it. We suggest staying at one of these, specifically the Village Lodge (the furthest down hotel listed under this link), but the other two are are great options as well! We feel that these are the nicest and best quality for your dollar! Each one is about 20-25 minutes from the reception and 5-7 minutes from the ceremony.

The Westin is steps from "The Village at Mammoth" and is a great up-scale option for guests looking for the perfect balance of luxury and nature. It is 5-7 minutes from the ceremony, and 30 minutes from the reception!

Airbnb's in Mammoth

There are so many wonderful Airbnb's around Mammoth that are chalk full of mountain character and charm! We suggest this a budget friendly option and great for groups traveling together.

Tamarack Lodge

Tamarack Lodge is directly next to the ceremony site "Forest Chapel." If you wish to stay here, they have a discount for you as well as the other mammoth Hotels. The rooms available for discount are for the Studio Cabin, & Deluxe two bedroom with baths with fireplace rooms. Travel Note

Flights into Reno

We recommend flying into Reno, NV because it is on the East side of Yosemite which is where the wedding will be! It is the closest & most affordable airport to the wedding. The town of the wedding is about 2.45 hours away from the airport.

Flights in to San Fransisco

Flying into San Fransisco is a great option if you are looking to be out there for a vacation and want to see more of NorCal! SFO is about 2 hours from the west side entrance of the Park & about 3 hours from June Lake

This airport is in the town that you all will be staying in, however, the low demand into the smaller airport usually means that the prices coming into this airport are more expensive, but if driving isn't your thing, this is a great option!
