Arrival & Welcome Dinner

4:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Cocktail hour begins at 6pm & dinner will begin at 7pm!

Friday Festivities

8:30 am

Start the day with breakfast at Hawkesdene at 8:30am, followed by lunch at 12:30pm. Guests are welcome to enjoy activities during the day such as hiking, golfing, or simply relaxing on the property. In the evening, the wedding rehearsal begins at 5:00pm, followed by a cocktail hour at 6:00pm and the rehearsal dinner at 7:00pm.

Wedding Day

8:30 am

Begin the morning with Hawkesdene’s “Early Riser” continental breakfast at 8:30am, followed by a celebratory wedding day brunch at 10:00am. The wedding ceremony will take place at 5:00pm, with a post-wedding cocktail party at 5:30pm. The evening continues with the reception and dinner beginning at 7:00pm.

Farewell Brunch & Goodbyes

8:30 am - 11:00 am

We’ll wrap up the weekend with breakfast at Hawkesdene at 8:30am before saying our goodbyes. Guest departures will begin at 11:00am.
