We recommend guests book lodging in a hotel, AirBnB, or VRBO in either Northampton, MA; Amherst, MA; Deerfield, MA; Whately, MA; or surrounding areas near the venue. A few good options are The Old Mill Inn, The Ellery, The Hotel Northampton, Northampton Fairfield Inn and Suites, Deerfield Inn, or Homewood Suites Hadley. Unfortunately, the local hotels did not offer room blocks or group rates but please let us know if you are running into any trouble with booking.

Shuttle

Roundtrip Shuttle from the main hotel to Quonquont Farm

July 29, 2023 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

A shuttle bus with 56 seats will bring guests from the Courtyard Marriott in Hadley to the wedding venue in Whately, and the same bus will bring guests back after the reception concludes. To catch the shuttle, please be at the Courtyard Marriott by 3:00 pm. Shuttle seats are allocated first-come, first-serve. The shuttle back to the hotel will leave Quonquont immediately upon the conclusion of the reception.

Bradley International Airport in Connecticut is a 45 minute drive to Northampton.

Boston Logan International Airport is a 1 hour and 50 minute drive to Northampton.

Travel Note

Bus from NYC or Boston

Buses from NYC (4 hours to Northampton) or Boston (2 hours to Northampton) are also a good option.

Train

Amtrak from NYC or Boston

Another option if you are traveling from NYC or Boston area to a hotel in Northampton is to travel by train (Approx. 5 hours from NYC to Northampton, and 6 hours from Boston to Northampton)
