We recommend that guests from out of town find a comfortable place on Airbnb as there are more flexible options than the hotels. The venue is around 20-25 minutes from the center of Charlottesville so staying at AirBnbs in and around town is definitely a good option. There are plenty of hotels in Charlottesville, as well.

Flight

Flight Options

CHO is the airport located in Charlottesville, 25 minutes from the center of town. DC Airports offer more affordable national and international options, but would require taking another leg from DC to Cville via bus, train or car (2-3 hrs).

Travel Note

Wedding Celebration Transport

Respectfully, guests are expected to make their own arrangements to and from the wedding weekend events. Friends from out of town are encouraged to collaborate with other fellow guests to make cost-effective lodging and transportation arrangements. Sharing Uber and Lyfts are probably the best option if you are staying close to town. A rental car may be needed for certain instances. Please note: - Friends who stay late into the evening on Sunday will be reimbursed for late evening Uber rides and/or a car ride can likely be arranged with others leaving around the same time. - Gabby's bridal party crew will have some vehicles available to transport to the venue. If needed, Ubers will be reimbursed.
