What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 3:15pm to ride the gondola up and find your seat by 4:00pm!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. Women can wear long dresses they feel comfortable dancing in and men can wear a suit + tie. The ceremony and cocktail hour are outside and it may be chilly at 8,700' so please bring a shawl/jacket if you think you might be cold! Once the sun goes down it will be very chilly so please bring a sweater or jacket for the gondola ride down!

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, we simply can’t accommodate for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully inform our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding will be an adults only event. We hope that you two can still join us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample free parking available at the venue! We encourage everyone to have fun and enjoy the night but please plan accordingly if you plan on driving yourself. Also note if you plan to drive yourself and leave a car overnight, we will need to let the venue know which cars belong to wedding guests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation to the ceremony leaving from the Courtyard Ogden at 2:45 pm, and after the reception ends at 11:00 pm if you would like a ride back to the hotel! Shuttles will leave at any point during the reception to take you back to the hotel (but please note that it will have to be full with 14 passengers in order to leave to ensure everyone has a ride)!
