This event is for the wedding party and invited family. Copper Nickel Events is just a 2-3 minute walk across the street from the Courtyard Ogden, just East of the hotel on Grant Ave.

We hope everyone can join us for a welcome party to kick off the wedding weekend! Paying homage to where the bride and groom met, attire is “Texas formal” for a yee-hawin’ good time! Wedding

This event is formal but we want everyone to be comfortable! Keep in mind that you will be riding the gondola to the venue and that it may be colder at 8,700' elevation! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, with an indoor reception. Once the sun goes down it will be CHILLY!! We highly recommend you bring a sweater or jacket!!
The gondola ride to the top is ~12 minutes long, please plan accordingly and arrive to the venue no later than 3:15 pm to allow time for all guests to reach the top and take their seats on time! Transportation will be available from the Courtyard Ogden to Snowbasin at 2:45 pm. There will also be return transportation at the end of the night leaving Snowbasin at 11:00 pm! Shuttles will leave at any point during the reception to take you back to the hotel (but please note that it will have to be full with 14 passengers in order to leave to ensure everyone has a ride)!
