Ashley and Gabby became friends in high school, with a watershed moment of blasting "Paradise City" by Guns and Roses on the way to a school dance together. Ashley has been a constant in Gabby's life through all the ebbs and flows, and their shared love for rock music, reality TV, and lime White Claws has built a bond like no other. Their friendship has only grown stronger since Gabby and Jackson began their relationship. Ashley, Brad, Gabby, and Jackson always seem to find their way back to each other when Gabby and Jackson make trips back home from Kansas City, and their basement parties have formed memories they will hold dear forever.
Brad Terjelian
Best Man
Brad is one of Jackson's closest friends, and every time they get together is an opportunity to get the band back together. They both love playing music, usually with Jackson on guitar and Brad on drums, and if we're lucky, they may bring the band to the stage one day. Brad, Ashley, Jackson, and Gabby love getting together for game nights and jam sessions on weekend trips home from KC.
Anna Holtgrieve

Anna is Gabby's cousin (and lifelong role model). Growing up three years apart, Anna was always Gabby's go-to cousin at every Mertz family function, and their friendship has only solidified as they've grown older. Anna has been a strong supporter of Gabby and Jackson's relationship from the beginning and helped give Gabby the push she needed to take the chance at something great. From their love of volleyball to Bravo TV, there's never a dull moment when they get together.
Tyler Tesmond
Officiant and Groomsman
Tyler is Jackson's closest friend from his college baseball days. Since undergrad, the two have made a point to make the trip between Chicago and KC or STL to reunite and see one of their favorite artists perform, $uicideboy$. Not only will Tyler serve as a groomsman on the big day, but he will also be Jackson and Gabby's officiant for the ceremony.
Courtney Howell
Bridesmaid
Courtney became one of Gabby's first and closest friends in high school. They spent endless hours after school powering through volleyball practices and games, countless mornings driving to school blasting music, and weekly Bachelor Mondays judging final rose picks. A fellow red wine lover, Gabby can always count on Courtney to split a bottle (or two) at dinner. Court has been there for Gabby and Jackson since the very beginning, and she will undoubtedly bring the iconic Howell energy to the wedding!
Dan Masters
Groomsman
Dan is one of Jackson's good friends from high school and college and part of Gabby and Jackson's core group at home. Dan and Jackson enjoy chatting it up about baseball when they get together, and Dan is always down for a trip out for Mexican and to an escape room when Gabby and Jackson come in town.
Mattie Beard
Bridesmaid
Mattie and Gabby met in dental school, and their love for trying all the delicious food and yummy cocktails Kansas City has to offer made them inseparable. The two love to share recipes and host each other for girl dinners while also sprinkling in Thursday night trips to a restaurants and cocktail lounges around town. Mattie brings the realness to life that Gabby needs, and she truly could not have survived dental school without her.
Matt Etherton

Matt and Jackson have grown up together, with the Etherton and Mueller families being very close throughout their childhoods. Matt is part of Gabby and Jackson's core friend group at home, and they all love to get together for a good house party when they are all in town. Matt moved to Kansas City in the past year, so he and Jackson get to hang out and go bowling.
Abagael Nunnery

Abbey was Gabby's very first friend in dental school. The two became fast friends bonding over the stresses of D1 year while finding balance by obsessing over the latest reality TV dating show or festive cocktail recipe. Gabby's friendship with Abbey also brought Jackson a friend in Lance, Abbey's husband, and the girls now get a break from them every Thursday evening thanks to their bowling league. There will most definitely be trips back to KC in the future with a stop at "Hotel Nunnery."
Joe Mertz
Groomsman
Gabby's oldest of her younger brothers, Joe has always been very supportive of Jackson and Gabby. He was able to visit them in Kansas City on a handful of occasions prior to moving across the pond to England with the Air Force, and they are so excited to have him able to make a trip back for the wedding.
Mia Mueller
Bridesmaid
Mia is Jackson's sister and a sister Gabby cannot wait to gain. Gabby and Mia have bonded over shopping trips to MOD, soaking up some sun poolside while catching up on the newest tea, and keeping up with the latest reality TV hits. Jackson and Mia may seem more different than they are similar from the outside, but they both share a similar witty sense of humor that seems to be a Mueller family signature.
Kirby Mueller

Kirby is Jackson's older brother. The two both enjoy talking about their video games, anime shows, and the Cardinals. While they take jabs at each other as all brothers do, they always love seeing each other when Jackson and Gabby make a trip into town.
Ali Richmond
Bridesmaid
Ali is Gabby's brother Michael's girlfriend of seven years and has become just as much a member of the Mertz fam as anyone. Gabby knows she can always go to Ali for interior design tips or thoughts on the latest trends. Eagerly awaiting the day she can officially call her a sister, Gabby has loved Ali's warm presence and kind heart she has brought into not only Michael's but the whole family's lives.

Michael is Gabby's youngest brother. Jackson and Michael have enjoyed messing around outside at the Mertz's new home in Defiance, riding around on the tractor digging holes, fishing on the lake, and shooting pellet guns. Gabby and Jackson are always excited when Michael comes home the same weekend as them.
Shane Barrett
Usher
Shane is one of Jackson's good friends from grade school and high school and part of Gabby and Jackson's core group at home. The two are constantly playing video games and following the NFL every Sunday for their fantasy league.
Sam Brandmeyer

Sam is one of Jackson's close friends from high school. Sam recently moved to North Carolina, so it's always a special time when he makes a trip back home and the gang gets all together.
