Hanging Garden Hike
1-mile round trip easy to moderate hiking loop in Glen Canyon leading to a luxuriant garden nestled in the mesa's sandstone.
City of Page Rim Trail
One of the host home's back yard will lead to the Rim Trail which is a 10-mile easy to intermediate trail offering a variety of angles and foregrounds for great photography. In the spring, there is cactus in bloom, and if in need of peace and quiet, this will be a great walk for it.
Glen Canyon Float Trip - Half Day
See and experience all 15 miles of Glen Canyon Float Trip in just a half day! This trip starts with a two mile tunnel drive (and dinosaur tracks) before you board your river craft. It continues to Petroglyph Beach and its fascinating artifacts. You'll look up in awe at the soaring cliffs above Horseshoe Bend. Afterward, you'll enjoy a stunning motor-coach ride back from Lees Ferry to Page, passing Vermillion Cliffs, beautiful orchards, and historic structures along the way. Approximately $100 per person
Lower Antelope Canyon Tour
Beautiful must see! Guided tour consisting of 1 - 1.5 hours with walking 1.1 miles round trip, with 5 flights of stairs descending, then gradually ascending up 8 separate staircases. Trail leading to the entrance of Lower Antelope Canyon is both rocky and sandy, so please wear appropriate shoes. The top of the canyon is wide, but the path inside can be narrow so tour are not recommended for people who have issues with enclosed spaces. $38 per person
Glen Canyon Dam
Did you know? This dam in Page is only 30 feet lower than the Hoover Dam. If you want to spend a little time indoors, go through the history and education at the dam visitors center museum to learn more about this incredible site.
Waterholes Canyon Hike
This is the only Page area canyon that can be toured without a guide. Waterholes Canyon is a 1.8 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near LeChee, AZ that offers scenic views and is good for all skill levels. The lower part of East Waterhole Canyon requires a backcountry permit, and is located just off Hwy 89 at milepost 542. Permits cost $12/person and obtained at Lake Powell Navajo Tribal Park Office M-F.
