One of the host home's back yard will lead to the Rim Trail which is a 10-mile easy to intermediate trail offering a variety of angles and foregrounds for great photography. In the spring, there is cactus in bloom, and if in need of peace and quiet, this will be a great walk for it.

Beautiful must see! Guided tour consisting of 1 - 1.5 hours with walking 1.1 miles round trip, with 5 flights of stairs descending, then gradually ascending up 8 separate staircases. Trail leading to the entrance of Lower Antelope Canyon is both rocky and sandy, so please wear appropriate shoes. The top of the canyon is wide, but the path inside can be narrow so tour are not recommended for people who have issues with enclosed spaces. $38 per person

Waterholes Canyon Hike

This is the only Page area canyon that can be toured without a guide. Waterholes Canyon is a 1.8 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near LeChee, AZ that offers scenic views and is good for all skill levels. The lower part of East Waterhole Canyon requires a backcountry permit, and is located just off Hwy 89 at milepost 542. Permits cost $12/person and obtained at Lake Powell Navajo Tribal Park Office M-F.
