Flights into Bogotá

We kindly ask that guests try to plan to fly in on Thursday, August 6th, and try to plan to leave on Monday, August 10th, to better accommodate your transportation to and from the airport. Please see the "FAQs" tab for additional information. Flying into El Dorado International Airport (BOG) is the best option. Flights from NYC to BOG are approximately 6 hours long. Please note that there are no direct flights into Monguí. Common airlines are Avianca, American, Spirit, and United.

Getting from Bogotá to Monguí

Please note that the drive from Bogotá to Monguí is approximately 4 hours long. Cris & Gaby are happy to be providing transportation via private shuttle to help guests get from Bogotá to Monguí (and vice versa) as easily as possible. To better organize your transportation, we will be reaching out to you shortly upon RSVP to suggest specific flights and/or arrival times that we strongly encourage you to choose if you would like to be included in this shuttle option. If you are not able to accommodate the suggested arrival times, we will be providing you with information so that you can personally arrange for transportation from Bogotá to Monguí. Please be aware that prices for these private cars may be high due to the long drive. We encourage you to reach out to us if you have any questions so that we can help you get to Monguí as quickly and safely as possible.

To better support your stays, Cris & Gaby will be coordinating hotels/stays in the area for most guests. We will be reaching out to you soon with additional information regarding potential prices and location for you to have in mind regarding your stay. Additionally, there are many hotels/airbnbs in the area if you would like to look into booking your own stays.
