Wedding Party

We are delighted to introduce our wedding party, a group of cherished friends and family who have played a significant role in our lives. We are honored to have them celebrate with us on our special day.

Audra Seifert

Maid of Honor

I met Audra on our second day at Purdue University, and we’ve been inseparable ever since—except for that one tiny time she abandoned me for Rhode Island (I’m still not over it). Despite her indie/folk music taste and my rock/metal heart, we’ve bonded over countless concerts, doggie playdates with Daisy (her college dog who was basically our fourth roommate) and Odin. She’s my platonic soulmate, my fellow dog mom, and the only person I trust to hold my dress, my bouquet, and probably my sanity on the big day.

JR Brumfield

Best Man

JR and I have been friends since first grade… after he “bullied” me on the bus (we’ve moved past it, mostly). By fourth grade we were best friends, and from there it was all soccer games, video games, and Papa John’s. We even survived being freshman year college roommates — which says a lot. He’s been like a brother to me, so it only made sense to have him standing next to me.

Tina Egizio

Bridesmaid

Tina and I may have a 13-year age gap, but that’s never stopped her from being one of my biggest supporters (and my fiercest competition on a running trail). She’s the sister who taught me how to know—and own—my strength, whether it was through tough love, pep talks, or pretending our running challenges are the Olympics. She’s always believed in me, pushed me, and somehow made it all look effortless. I may never beat her in a race (yet), but I’ve absolutely won having her as a sister.

Pedro Monsivais

Groomsman

Pedro and I have been inseparable since elementary school — soccer, video games, and basically every Friday night in high school (more Papa John’s). On the field, we had a connection where we just knew where the other one would be. We played better together than with anyone else, and that teamwork carried over off the field too. He’s one of the most loyal, down-for-anything friends I’ve ever had.

Michelle Egizio

Bridesmaid

Michelle isn’t just my oldest sister—she’s basically been my second mom, biggest cheerleader, and personal stubborness coach. With a 19-year age gap, she had a bit of a head start on life, but by the time I hit high school, it felt like we’d been friends forever. She’s the reason I had my edgy, angsty teen phase down to an art form, and she’s always been the one sacrificing, supporting, and showing up—no matter what. I genuinely don’t know where I’d be without her, but I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t be nearly as awesome.

Dolan Monroe

Groomsman

Dolan and I met while working at the Statehouse, and he’s been a key part of my life (and Amber’s) ever since — literally, since he helped set us up. He probably knows us better as a couple than anyone else. We bonded over our love for the Chicago Bears and our completely unnecessary talent for staying up until sunrise guessing song names. If useless music trivia were a sport, we’d be in the hall of fame.

Kayla Skinner

Bridesmaid

Kayla and I met at the Statehouse alongside Aaron and our best friend Dolan—and from there, we were pretty much inseparable. She was my go-to guide to Indianapolis, the city I now call home, and we even ended up living in the same apartment complex (which made shopping trips way too easy). From going out to Broad Ripple, or complaining about work, school, politics, and reality TV, she’s been a constant presence in my life and a huge part of my journey to this day.

Luke Baker

Groomsman

Luke was part of the back-of-physics-class brain trust (along with Alex) that convinced me to go to IUPUI. We met late in high school, but he was the first person I reached out to in college, and it turned into a lifelong friendship. Whether he’s laughing at my terrible golf swing or handing me a drink because of it, I can always count on Luke to show up, crack a joke, and make everything better.

Haleigh Smarr

Bridesmaid

Haleigh is JR's fiancée and one of the easiest people I’ve ever clicked with. From the moment we met, it felt like we’d known each other forever—bonding over our love of books, animals, running, and winery outings (because balance). Aaron and I even had the honor of helping with her and JR's engagement, so it’s only fitting she’s standing with us on our big day too. She's become such a special part of our lives, and I’m so lucky to call her a friend.

Alex Miller

Groomsman

Alex, along with Luke, convinced me to go to IUPUI during the most productive part of high school — the back row of physics class. We ended up sharing the “right side” of our apartment for three years, which basically means we kept each other alive with Pacers games and an unhealthy amount of chicken cordon bleu (aka the legendary Aaron and Millz special). Safe to say, life’s been a lot more fun with him around.

Anna Wainscott

Bridesmaid

Anna is my soon-to-be sister-in-law and one of the easiest people to love. We bonded quickly over our shared love of animals, spontaneous shopping trips, and coffee—the fuel that keeps me functioning. She’s always up for a caffeine run, a laugh, or a good heart-to-heart, and she’s made me feel like part of the family from day one.

Ben Perez

Groomsman

Ben and I didn’t exactly start off as best friends, mostly because neither of us knows when to stop arguing, which has provided endless entertainment for everyone else. But somewhere between the debates and the now-legendary jersey swap (yes, the one in the picture), we became incredibly close friends. Ben genuinely looks out for the people he cares about, and while we may not agree on much, at least we can always raise a glass of bourbon together.
