Brittany knows Lauren better than almost anyone (though Alexander is certainly giving her a run for her money these days). She has an incredible ability to listen, encourage, and bring out the best in those around her. Whether she’s cheering on Lauren’s wildest wedding ideas or simply offering a comforting heart-to-heart, Brittany always shows up with a smile and an open heart. Lauren has loved watching her best friend transform into the amazing woman and mom she is today. She is so excited to have her and her son, Camden, be a part of her first step into a special life with Alexander. Choosing Brittany as her maid of honor was one of the easiest decisions Lauren made during this entire wedding journey. Introduced by Alexander’s roommate at Wright State, the two quickly hit it off and became best friends but their friendship took off during their fraternity days at Delta Tau Delta. Their bond became so legendary that they were voted “Best Bromance” two years in a row by their fraternity brothers. During college, their friendship was built on a solid foundation of video games and countless inside jokes. Over a decade later, their connection remains just as strong. One of their longest-standing traditions is their monthly haircut ritual, which always involves three non-negotiables: Mexican food, fresh cuts, and a questionable number of margaritas. Joey is more than just a best friend—he’s the definition of loyalty. Whether through exchanging daily memes or showing up in times of need, he and Alexander have always been there for each other. Through life’s inevitable changes, one thing has never wavered: if either of them calls, the other will be there in an instant. When it came time to choose his best man, Alexander didn’t have to think twice. Joey was an easy and obvious choice to stand beside him on one of the biggest days of his life, just as he’s been there for so many others.
