What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

We would love all guests to wear black formal attire. Guys may wear black or white shirts with black pants or a black suit. Ladies may wear black dresses or pantsuits etc.

Please RSVP even if you can’t make it by September 8, 2025 here on Zola!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire wedding from ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be outdoors. Please note the weather should be beautiful during the day and then it will cool off as the night progresses. For November the average high is 77° with an average low of 51°. Layers will be your best friend but heaters will be provided if needed!

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 4 pm. The parking lot is very close to the ceremony site, but each car will check in at the security gate, so guests should allow time for that by arriving no later than 3:40 pm.

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

Yes! Upon arrival to the clubhouse, park in the lot to the far right. Parking in this lot is included and it is very close to ceremony and reception. There is no need to go inside the clubhouse as the ceremony will be outdoors in front of this lot.

Can I bring a plus one/kids?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited. If you received a plus one or children, they will be listed when you go to RSVP. Thank you for understanding no additional guests.

Transportation

Answer

Uber and Lyft is accessible from the venue at all times. Let your driver know your name so they can check in at the gate. If you plan to use ride share home from the wedding it is recommended to prebook your ride in advance on the app. This is because Gold Canyon is a small town so it may be hard to get a ride last minute late at night. With this being said, if you know you are going to use ride share home try to limit leaving a vehicle on property overnight if possible. Our exit will be around 10 pm so you may plan pick up accordingly.
