Lost Dutchman State Park
This state park is absolutely beautiful to take in views or several hiking trails. While driving towards the park you will see Goldfield Ghost Town and Mine Tours you can stop at as well.
Canyon Lake
We love this area and driving through the lake is gorgeous to take in all the scenery. Once you’ve drove through the lake you can stop at Tortilla Flat Saloon for a bite to eat.
Gold Canyon Golf Resort & Spa
Two 18 Hole Championship Golf Courses: Dinosaur Mountain and Sidewinder.
Saguaro Lake
Another pretty lake option for boating, hiking or just taking in the scenery. You can access it from the Butcher Jones Recreation site OR from the Saguaro Lake Ranch lower salt river. You can do horseback riding with Saguaro Lake Ranch.
Downtown Gilbert
Downtown Gilbert is a great option for fun restaurants such as Dierks Bentley Whiskey Row and O.H.S.O Brewery for music, food and drinks. There are numerous good restaurants and things to do similarly to Old Town Scottsdale but a little closer to the wedding venue.
Pecan Lake Entertainment
A lot of fun activities from go karts, axe throwing, escape rooms, rope course and more!
Scottsdale
We are most familiar with the Scottsdale and Phoenix area but it is a little farther from the wedding venue. If you want recommendations for anything here just ask Cody or I! 😀
