Is there a dress code?

Answer

We love seeing you all looking good but do not expect black ties. Stay comfortable but, ready for a picture at a moments notice.

Do you have any hotel or lodging recommendations?

Answer

We recommend the Ridgeline. If you are looking for a more private stay like an AirBnB or VRBO, there are some amazing spots. Estes Park is fairly small and walkable; transportation options are limited. As of now, Uber and Lyft do not have a notable presence in Estes Park. Regardless, renting a car gives you tons of opportunities to check out the local scenery and Rocky Mountain National Park. If you have a hard time finding lodging, reach out and we can try to help give some suggestions.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are using McDevitt Taco Supply. They will have vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free options available. A majority of their menu is gluten free and they have a fairly high safety rating for our Celiac friends however, cross contamination is still a possibility. We apologize for the inconvenience we recognize this can cause. Please let us know if there are other concerns you may have and we will try our best to accommodate.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are currently working on a shuttle plan with Estes Park Shuttle. We will update when we know more. This may include transportation assistance from Denver International Airport too.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at Della Terra and on-site shuttles.
