Flight

Eagle County Regional Airport

Eagle airport is the closet airport (30 minutes) to Vail, but much smaller then the Denver airport. You can easily get a taxi/uber from Eagle airport straight to Vail. Once you're in Vail, you do NOT need a car to get around - there are free shuttles that are frequent and take you anywhere you need to go within Vail.

Denver International Airport

Denver airport is about 2 hours from Vail. I suggest renting a car OR you can book a shuttle. Shuttle Companies: Peak One, Epic Mountain Express Shuttles, or Summit Express Once you're in Vail, you do NOT need a car to get around - there are free buses that take you anywhere you need to go within Vail. Shuttles will be provided on the wedding day.

Wedding Day Shuttles

August 2, 2025 3:45 pm - 11:30 pm

A shuttle will pick up all guests from the Grand Hyatt and the Vail Transportation Center. All guests must use the shuttle and cannot park at Vail Golf. If you are staying at an Airbnb/VRBO or another hotel, let Anna know the address when you have booked, but you will need to arrange a way to get to/from the Grand Hyatt or the Vail Transportation Center on the wedding day.
