Welcome Party

7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Join us for cocktails and a dessert bar with fireside s'mores to kick off the weekend!

This is all outside, so please bring a light jacket/shawl if you get cold! Western white cocktail attire Women: white or cream dress, heels or cowboy boots (cowboy hats encouraged, but optional) Men: dark jeans/slacks and a white dress shirt (blazer/bolo tie/cowboy hats encouraged, but optional)

Wedding Day!

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Garden Floral Formal Attire

Women: Floor length dresses - floral and colorful Men: Tux or suit and tie *The ceremony is on grass, so please be mindful when choosing your heels. Grass heel stoppers will be provided*

Pool Day Recovery

11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Come recover and hang with us at the pool! *must be a guest at the Grand Hyatt*
