February 4, 2022.
We are excited to share our Nigerian culture with you during our traditional engagement ceremony, while there is no dress code for guests, many guests will be wearing traditional Nigerian attire. Please feel free to don your own cultural attire if you wish or cocktail attire. For our ceremony on Saturday, March 12, please feel free to dress in cocktail attire.
While we love your kids, due to capacity constraints of our venue, please think of our wedding reception as a kid-free night for the parents.
Given that Houston is so large and people will be spread across Houston we will not be providing transportation to and from the wedding hotels. You will find that the hotels are approximately 15-20 minutes from the venue by car. Given Houston traffic, we would suggest leaving ample time to make it to the venue by 4:30/5:00pm.
Unfortunately, due to space constraints at our venue we cannot accommodate any extra guests on Saturday. Only those specified on the invite and RSVP will be able to attend.
Yes, our Traditional Nigerian engagement ceremony should be able to accommodate an extra guest or two :) That includes kids!
We are actively monitoring the situation with Covid-19 and will communicate a plan for keeping all guests comfortable and safe during the wedding weekend.
