Question

When does the shuttle come?

Answer

One shuttle will bring guests to the venue from the Double Tree. The shuttle will be leaving promptly at 4:25pm so please be on time. Shuttle seating will be first come first serve. Uber and lyft are available if you do not make it on the shuttle. Two shuttles will be available back to the Double Tree following the reception. An earlier shuttle will be available at 1015pm and a second shuttle will be at 11pm.

Where do I park?

Answer

A limited number of parking spots are available at the venue. Alcohol will be provided so please make arrangements to not drive if you plan on enjoying some drinks! A shuttle between the Double Tree hotel and the venue will be running. See above for schedule.

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire! Ladies please note that some areas of the venue have gravel so take that into consideration when choosing your shoes.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is an adults only evening! Alcohol will be provided so we are requesting all attendees be 21+, come enjoy a night out on us.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited capacity at our venue only those addressed on your invitation should attend. Please use the RSVP function on our website to let us know who will be coming!
