One shuttle will bring guests to the venue from the Double Tree. The shuttle will be leaving promptly at 4:25pm so please be on time. Shuttle seating will be first come first serve. Uber and lyft are available if you do not make it on the shuttle. Two shuttles will be available back to the Double Tree following the reception. An earlier shuttle will be available at 1015pm and a second shuttle will be at 11pm.

Christy began working with Dillon “Smokey” at the infamous Innisfree Irish Pub in Tuscaloosa in 2015. The two quickly became friends while working crazy football weekends and bonding over their terrible accounting classes. One night out with friends after work Smokey asked Christy to dance and offered to bring her for some late night Taco Bell as an apology for getting ketchup all over her during their shift earlier in the day. Turns out a Crunchwrap Supreme is the way to Christy’s heart and they were inseparable ever since.

Christy and Smokey went to Portsmouth, NH to enjoy a beautiful dinner on the water. After sharing some lobster rolls and pizza Smokey suggested they grab something sweet and head down to the park to watch the sunset. While sitting on the park bench overlooking the water enjoying some ice cream Smokey told Christy how he wants to spend the rest of his life with her and got down on one knee. Christy joyously said yes and the celebrations began! They enjoyed some champagne in the park and added a lock to Portsmouth’s “Love Lock Bridge” before heading home. A Crunchwrap night cap was obviously the only appropriate way to end the night.
