We live in N Portland off Mississippi which has a lot of food and bar options. We previously lived in inner SE which also has a ton of nightlife options. NW Portland is quaint and filled with coffee shops. Avoid: Beaverton, Hillsboro, Gresham, SE 82nd or other SE neighborhoods that have larger addresses ex”102nd”. These areas are a bit too far.
