What is the deal with the family cookbook? What recipes are you looking for? Where can I send the recipes? When do I need to submit them by?

JC and I thought a nice way of blending two family's kitchen traditions would be with a book of recipes. We are asking anyone who is interested to email us their favorite recipes so we can create a cookbook from them. We are particularly interested in dessert recipes: cakes, cookies, pies, etc. However, we appreciate any family recipes you are willing to share with us. Please email all recipes to leasurefamily2024@gmail.com no later than April 1, 2025. Thank you for contributing to our family cookbook!
