Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

We are encouraging our guests to wear Elevated Beach Chic attire. What Is “Elevated Beach Chic” Attire? Think sophisticated, polished, and breezy. Our ceremony will take place on the beach, but we’re embracing a more elevated energy. Picture: beach wedding meets Vogue editorial. We’re aiming for effortless elegance—where style and comfort meet at sunset by the sea. Style Inspiration for Guests We love a fashion moment—whether you’re keeping it cool in neutrals or making a statement in bold color. This is your chance to have fun, feel fabulous, and fit the moment. For Women YES to: • Flowy dresses or sleek, structured gowns • Lightweight fabrics like linen, silk, or chiffon • Bold prints, bright colors, or dreamy pastels—don’t be afraid to make a statement • Jumpsuits or coordinated sets with an editorial edge • Straw or raffia accessories for a touch of coastal flair • Wedges, block heels, or chic flats (trust us—you’ll appreciate it in the sand) Skip: • Stilettos (they’ll sink!) • Casual denim, beach cover-ups, or flip-flops For Men YES to: • Linen suits or tailored separates • Lightweight button-downs—short or long sleeve, tucked or open-collar • Bold colored jackets or patterned shirts are welcome • Loafers, leather sandals, or dress sneakers • Jackets encouraged, but not required Skip: • Full black-tie formality or overly casual shorts/tank tops Pro Tips: • Color-wise: Think ocean blues, coastal creams, sunset tones—or go bold with reds, greens, and citrusy hues. • Fabric: Stay breathable. It will be warm by the sea. • Accessories: Sunglasses, hats, and statement jewelry are welcome—just keep it chic. The Vibe: We want our guests to feel amazing. This isn’t a stuffy affair—it’s a stylish celebration by the water. Think: dinner party energy, but with waves.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

A reservation block has made at the nearby Towneplace Suites by Marriott. A direct link for booking is here: https://www.marriott.com/event-reservations/reservation-link.mi?id=1759337330668&key=GRP&app=resvlink

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

After a great deal of thought and a truly difficult family decision, we’ve chosen to have an adults-only celebration. Taylor F’s daughter, Callie, will not be able to attend the wedding due to a recent change in her medical needs, and out of respect for her and in the spirit of honoring her experience, we felt it was only right to extend that boundary consistently. We understand that childcare can be challenging, and we deeply appreciate your kindness and understanding. Our hope is that this allows all of our guests to relax, be fully present, and celebrate with us while we keep Callie close to our hearts throughout the day in meaningful ways.

Question

What’s the best way to get to the venue? Is there parking?

Answer

Our venue is a private waterfront home we’ve rented for the weekend: It’s tucked at the very end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and while we’ve already chatted with our neighbors to keep them in the loop, we kindly ask guests to carpool or Uber whenever possible—especially if you’re staying at the hotel. This helps keep the road clear and the evening stress-free for everyone. Parking will be available in the cul-de-sac in front of the house.
