Please RSVP no later than the end of day on Monday, September 1st, 2025.
We kindly ask all guests to arrive at the venue by 4:00 PM. This will allow ample time for parking, walking to the ceremony site (golf cart rides will be available for any guests with a need for mobility support), and finding a seat. Please note: Guests who are not seated by 4:15 PM will be directed to view the ceremony from an alternate location.
Yes, parking is available by the reception site at the venue. We highly encourage carpooling if possible. From the parking area, it is about a 5-10 minute slight inclined walk from there to the ceremony site. Golf carts will be available for any guests with a need for mobility support.
Attire: Semi-formal. Our ceremony will take place outdoors on a grassy area, followed by a reception in an open-air barn. Please dress accordingly for a mid-October evening in the Blue Ridge Mountains—layers and comfortable shoes are encouraged!
If you feel inclined to give us a wedding gift, please view our "Registry" page. We’re primarily focused on contributions toward our upcoming honeymoon and shared adventures in Greece. If you prefer giving something tangible, we have also selected a few meaningful items to help make our house feel more like home.
During the fall, the greater Asheville area is absolutely breathtaking and we know that there are so many unique places to stay and areas to explore. If you would like additional guidance on where to stay, please view our “Lodging” page for more information on nearby recommendations.
Absolutely! We know not everyone may be able to eat what’s on our planned menu and we have carefully selected a caterer that can accommodate your needs. When you RSVP, please include your dietary needs or restrictions.
Although we love your little ones, we have decided to have no one under the age of 21 at our wedding. Please note that during the ceremony, our flower girl and ring bearer will be the only exceptions to this and they will be leaving shortly after the start of our reception.
