Great question, thank you for asking it! Above all, Sarah and I want everyone at the wedding to have fun, and be safe in this new environment. Due to the coronavirus, and as part of the venue’s restrictions, all guests will be required to wear a face mask covering their nose and mouth at all times. In addition, the venue requires that all guests must not have any of the following symptoms: loss of smell, loss of taste, fever, cough, or shortness of breath, and have not tested positive for COVID (if you have had COVID and subsequently tested negative, you're good). All guests will be seated by family unit and spaced out amongst the pews in the chapels accordingly to adhere to CDC social distancing guidelines. If you cannot adhere to these guidelines, we will have to ask you not to attend our wedding, which really breaks our hearts because we love ya'll and want ya'll to be there so badly :( .
Unfortunately, because of the unique situation we are in with the pandemic right now, no there will not. This was a decision reached after much thought and discussion with the venue. BUT! We have a few other surprises in store. It's going to be unique, creative, and an absolute blast!
Yes, please eat lunch before the ceremony. Because of the pandemic, we will not be serving food as part of our wedding, but we will have some tasty goodies for you to take with you when you leave, you'll just have to come and find out! :)
