We recommend booking hotels as soon as possible, prior to May 12, 2023 ideally. NFL schedules are released on that date and hotel prices will increase once it is announced if the Steelers have a home game the weekend of the wedding. We have made room block arrangements at the AC Pittsburgh Downtown, the Westin Downtown Pittsburgh, and Courtyard by Marriot Pittsburgh, but the number of available slots are limited and the majority of attendees will be coming in from out of town.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire for our evening. So no jeans and no shorts please! Bridesmaids will be wearing dusty sage and groomsmen will be wearing grey with sage/navy blue accents.
As soon as you know if you are able or unable to attend! The RSVP page is live and card invitations will be sent out roughly 3 months prior to the wedding with a due date of 10/01/23. The card invitation can be returned via mail, but will also have a QR code link to RSVP online.
If we do not get a RSVP back by the date in which we have provided (10/01/23), it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, but we have to provide a total guest count to the venue/vendors in a timely manor and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests that are formally invited and indicated on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Due to many factors, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult only event, with the exception of some immediate family members that will be specified on your invitation. We encourage you to use this evening as a "date night" for yourself! We appreciate you understanding!
We would like all attendees to arrive by 3:45pm to ensure an on time start of 4pm for the wedding ceremony. Shuttles will be available from the hotel to the church.
There will be multiple shuttles from the Hotel to the Ceremony and then from the Ceremony to Reception. We have secured two coach sized buses. Shuttles will also be making multiple trips from the reception to hotels at the end of the night to ensure everyone makes it back safely! Shuttles will be available from the AC Hotel and Westin, to both the ceremony and reception. If you choose to drive, there is street parking available around St. Peter Catholic Church for the ceremony and a limited amount of parking spaces at the reception.
