Question

What date should I RSVP by and how do I RSVP?

Answer

We are asking all of our loved ones to please RSVP by August 31st, 2024 (08/31/2024). To RSVP, click on the 'RSVP' tab at the top of page and type in a name listed on your invitation. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. any RSVPs received after August 31st, will be marked as a 'non-attendance'.

Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name will be listed on your invitation, or a section to provide your plus one's name will appear under your name in the RSVP section. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event between invited family and friends.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We adore you little ones! However, unless your children are listed on the invitation sent or are listed when you RSVP, we will not be able to accommodate everyone's children. We encourage you to use this event as a well deserved date night!

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

For this wedding event, we request that you please adhere to a formal dress code. For an untraditional touch, feel free to wear colors typically associated with the bride, such as white, ivory, and cream - in fact, we encourage it! To make our day even more personalized, we kindly ask that you please avoid wearing black, as this will be the color reserved for the bride and groom.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30PM, please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat. There will be an attendant to assist in directing guests to the ceremony space.

Where should I park?

Answer

When arriving at Bella Terre, there will be a parking lot up the drive and to the right. This is in the back of the building. There will be a direct path to the ceremony space. Cars are able to be left overnight as long as they are picked up in the morning the next day. There will be a shuttle provided back to our hotel.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception to follow will be indoors. During the course of the evening, the outside space will be heated if needed!

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We currently only have a reserved block of rooms at the Hampton Inn in Council Bluffs. The link to book a room is under the TRAVEL section of our wedding website.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! There is a shuttle that will run from the hotel to Bella Terre. This shuttle is used for guests only. A schedule of the shuttle is posted under the SCHEDULE tab of our wedding website.

Question

Can we take our own pictures and videos throughout the day?

Answer

We kindly ask to keep the ceremony unplugged. For this, we ask that all phones and cameras are put away and silenced prior to the start of the ceremony. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the course of the reception. This is such a special day for us, and we have the most amazing photography team documenting our entire day. We would love to let them do their thing and let you focus on just enjoying your time, celebrating in the moment with us!
