Sightseeing tour from Chateau

Enjoy a day tour from the Chateau to the historic village of Brantome for lunch. Then head to Château de Bourdeilles, located in the heart of a picturesque Périgord village, with two buildings that combine medieval architecture and Renaissance splendour. The cost is $35 per person, your adventure is confirmed upon payment. Includes: Transportation to and from Chateau, guided tour of Brantome, enterance fee for Chateau. Good for all ages - For parents headed to La Lavoir for dinner and for folks who want a quiet night of pizza and pool There is a pizza place about 10 mins from the Chateau - we will do a group order, everyone can pay for their own pizza and a responsible adult will go pick it up. There is child care available but we need to know age and # of kids so we can ensure that the child care provider isn't overwhelmed. Seating is limited to 40 people Three course dinner with wine at le lavoir, a cute restaurant 15 minutes from the Chateau. Cost includes transportation - Prepay required Menu: Buffet style appetizer showcasing cuisine of the region. Wine Tasting Tour

The Bus will leave the chateau around 10 am. We will stop at three wineries with a stop for lunch at the 2nd winery. The cost of this tour includes: 2 Chateau entrance fees 7/8 wines tasted (2/3 per château) Tour of the medieval village of St-Emilion Transportation Lunch will be paid directly at the restaurant - please indicate if you'd like to be included in the lunch reservation. (you can also pack a picnic lunch if you prefer). The cost per person is $150. The Périgueux market, located in the historic town center around the cathedral and Place de la Clautre, is a vibrant, year-round event, with the largest, most bustling market occurring on Saturday mornings. It features over 100 local producers selling regional specialties like foie gras, truffles, walnuts, cheese, and fresh produce. The bus will leave the Chateau around 9am and head toward Perigeuex (about an hour drive). The bus will leave Perigeuex around 2pm giving you time to explore the market, have lunch on the terrasse, shuck fresh oysters and have a glass of champagne, shop, and snack. Cocktails will start right after the ceremony. French cocktail "Hour" is an even in and of it's self!! But don't save your appetite - dinner tends to be served around 10pm The French offer one menu choice. Dinner will be Tournedos de Boef Rossini: pan-seared beef tenderloin served on a toasted crouton, topped with foie gras, and finished with a home made jus served with truffle mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
